The giant sea beast beneath Big Mom's feet suddenly called out to her like a child begging for attention.

"I almost forgot. From now on, your name is Egil!!"

"Thank you, Mommy!!"

Floating in midair, Atlas felt the corner of her mouth twitch. So she'd given the old woman a pet?

Unlike the ordinary Homies in Totto Land, Homies such as Zeus, Prometheus, and Napoleon were infused with Big Mom's own soul, making them formidable fighters.

Even so, Big Mom couldn't split off an unlimited number of Homies. Atlas had thought three was her limit. She hadn't expected her to create another.

"Mamamama! Our fight..."

"Isn't over yet, brat!"

Big Mom steadied herself atop Egil and briefly assessed her injuries.

Her bones and organs had suffered minor damage from the Armament Haki driven into her body, but her inhuman physique could withstand that much.

The worst injury was the gaping wound across her back. A strike infused with both Armament Haki and Conqueror's Haki had cut even her—the woman known as the Iron Balloon—open in an instant!

But...

She lacked the monstrous healing abilities of Kaido and Atlas, yet she had developed a similar ability after Awakening her power.

"Mamamama! I grant you life!! Wake up, my bones and flesh—!!!"

As soon as she spoke, a vast aura of souls surged through Big Mom's body, and excited voices rang out from every part of it.

"Yes, Mommy—!!"

"Okay, Mommy!!"

Amid the chorus of voices, Big Mom's wounds rapidly closed. Her bones eased back into place, and her muscles rejoined.

It was as though every cell had come alive, wringing out its full potential and working many times faster.

"Mamamama! I've ruled these seas for years! You think a brat like you can take me down?!"
