She watched the two contestants' performances.
Louf nodded in satisfaction, then looked at the scales and silently worked out the figures.
"100 to 100... a tie?"
Little Fox announced the numbers in disbelief, seemingly unable to accept them. She calculated them twice more, but the result remained the same.
"A tie?"
"Another tie?"
Brogy and Dorry were equally startled.
Adrian slowly flew over and reminded the somewhat careless, slow-witted referee.
"For the final weigh-in, perhaps you should use something more precise."
Louf slapped her forehead. "Oh, right!"
Little Fox immediately took another enormous platform scale out of the Impenetrable Fortress, set it on the ground, and began weighing the Giants' remaining pieces of roast meat.
Before long, she had calculated more precise figures.
"The final difference in weight is 73.467 kilograms, accurate to three decimal places!"
Louf raised her head and looked at the two Giants, an imposing air bursting from her tiny body.
"And the final winner is..."
"Who?" ×2
Brogy and Dorry could not help asking.
Louf milked the moment, then repeated herself.
"73.467 kilograms! The final winner is... Blue Ogre Dorry!"
Once she finished speaking,
Little Fox led the applause.
Adrian followed her lead, clapping his hands in a steady rhythm.
Brogy and Dorry exchanged a glance.
The Red Ogre's face was filled with conflicting emotions.
The Blue Ogre, meanwhile, looked ready to weep with joy.
"Brogy... 61,016 draws, one win!"
Dorry's voice trembled, tears and snot pouring down his face in his excitement.
"The final winner of this battle is me!!"
"... Hmph! You really did win this time!"
Brogy raised a hand and pressed it against Dorry's head in irritation, pushing away that enormous, uncontrollably excited face.
Adrian had not expected the comparatively lean Dorry to emerge as the winner of this eating contest, either.
