The next day.
"Ready to enter Hell?" Wasteland Diana asked everyone. "We're going in to scout things out. There's no telling what we might run into—"
"We're ready. Let's go," Wonder Woman said.
"Right." Wasteland Diana led everyone down to a door.
"Through here is Hell?" Roland asked curiously. Although he had dealt with plenty of people from Hell, he had never actually been there.
"Looks like it." Batman glanced at Roland's backside and resisted the urge to kick him through to scout ahead.
"I'll take a look first." Roland walked straight through the gates of Hell. The scenery before him changed abruptly into a vast black desert, its sands an unfathomable, inky darkness stretching as far as the eye could see. A dragon stood in the middle of the desert, glaring at Roland with crimson eyes.
"Fancy running into an old acquaintance as soon as I arrive. Demon Azgalo, why are you looking at me like that?" Roland greeted the dragon.
"You dare come into my territory? You're dead!" Demon Azgalo blasted Roland with a scorching mouthful of Dragon Breath.
"All I did was lure away a few of your underlings. Do you have to get so worked up?" Roland unleashed a Hurricane, forcing the Dragon Breath back. "Besides, I wasn't even the one who did it."
"Your godson did it. What's the difference?" Knowing there was nothing he could do to Roland, Demon Azgalo stopped attacking and simply glared at him.
"What godson?" The others emerged from the door one after another. At the sight of Demon Azgalo, they all prepared for battle.
"Isn't this Azgalo?" Raven and Jason recognized him.
