"What nonsense are you spouting?" The middle-aged Barbara's brows shot up in anger. These "old acquaintances" who had come from who knew where were utterly out of line.

"Exactly! Jason, what are you saying? That's so rude." Roland glared at Jason. "Her kid is barely younger than you. How could you say something like that?"

"She was talking about you!" Jason glared at Roland.

"—A Jason this lively really feels wrong," the middle-aged Dick remarked. He had never seen his second younger brother act like this. "You're different from all the Dicks I've met, too," Jason said. He had met a whole group of Dicks from across the Multiverse, but they had all been young. This one was much more composed.

"You mature as you get older." The middle-aged Dick stroked his beard.

After the pleasantries, the middle-aged Dick finally asked the question that concerned him most. "Have you already dealt with Omega?"

"That's right." Final Knight nodded. "We defeated him."

"We?" Wonder Woman shrugged. "Sure. Whatever makes you happy."

"Anyway, it worked out," Batman said. "Omega has been dealt with. Once we take care of those Luthors, everything will get better."

"Ah—unfortunately, the dead can't come back to life." The middle-aged Dick sighed. "Some things will never return."

"Not necessarily." Roland thought for a moment. "I might have a way."

"What way?" Everyone looked at Roland curiously.

"No rush. Let's finish dealing with the Luthors first." Roland gave them a mysterious smile.

"Do you need our help?" the middle-aged Dick asked Roland.

"—No, that won't be necessary." Roland shook his head. Sending these Owls into a battle of this caliber would just be sending them to their deaths, wouldn't it?
