Not long after the Battle Tournament ended, the Pokémon Trainers who had gathered there said their goodbyes and set off on their respective journeys again.

Bai Shi, who had won the tournament, stayed in Nimbasa Town for a short break.

Lately, he had been either traveling or battling, with hardly any time to rest.

Both Bai Shi himself and some of his Pokémon were showing signs of fatigue.

Bai Shi planned to take this opportunity to unwind properly.

Only after getting back into shape would he head to Nimbasa City and challenge its Gym.

With Golurk around, Bai Shi had no fear of falling too far behind and failing to collect all his Badges.

If necessary, he could simply ride Golurk and fly from city to city.

Still, that would hardly make for an enjoyable journey.

Unless he was pressed for time, Bai Shi would continue traveling the way he always had.

Besides, Bai Shi had already caught up with Ash and his friends in his travels.

Spending a few extra days in Nimbasa Town would not make much difference.

Thus, for the next stretch of time, Bai Shi assigned his Pokémon no training tasks at all.

He simply took them out to eat, drink, and have fun.

He helped relieve their stress and fatigue according to their individual preferences.

For the Pokémon with bigger appetites, Bai Shi made special trips to the food street and restaurants.

He made sure they all ate their fill.

For the active, playful Pokémon, Bai Shi took them to an amusement park.

They spent an entire day playing to their hearts' content at Nimbasa Town's famous Amusement Park.

As for the Pokémon that preferred peace and solitude, Bai Shi transferred them back to the Manor.

There, they could enjoy this quiet time.
