Arrival in Sinnoh, an Encounter with a Helpful Riolu

Sunyshore City was a famous port city even by global standards. Every year, it drew Trainers and merchants from far away to build their careers.

It had a distinctive landscape, built along a long, narrow cape with complex terrain.

To make up for the lack of space, the city had laid solar panels across elevated walkways. They supplied the city with energy and had become a local landmark.

At the cape's tip, a navigational lighthouse cast its bright beam across the Sinnoh Region at night, guiding ships on their voyages.

Sunyshore Airport stood outside the city, quite a long way from downtown. In fact, it was closer to the Lakeside Resort beside Lake Valor, one of Sinnoh's three great lakes...

"We're finally here!"

Mingyou led Ogerpon and the others out of the airport and set foot on Sinnoh soil at last. But before he could enjoy the fresh air, a cold gust made him shiver.

The Sinnoh Region lay fairly far north and had a colder climate. Sunyshore City was still supposed to be warm, though. According to the travel guide, temperatures there usually did not drop sharply until mid-October.

"Bit chilly... Let's take the train downtown. We can enjoy ourselves for a couple of days first!"

There was a direct train from the airport to the city center, but the next one would not leave for over twenty minutes. They had no choice but to wait in the departure hall.

"Mm~"

Ogerpon sat beside Mingyou, swinging her legs. Through her Ogre Mask, she watched travelers coming and going with their suitcases, already eager to see what the sea looked like.

Mingyou studied his Rotom Phone, carefully planning the next few days. After spending some time in Sunyshore City, they would head to Pastoria City.
