After learning what had happened at Bear's Arena, everyone was furious at Team Galactic's actions. After thinking it over carefully, Cynthia found something puzzling.

"So their target was that Plate? Why didn't they take it before?"

"Maybe they didn't need it for their plan?"

Shali offered a guess. Although she didn't know the details of Team Galactic's original plan, she knew that the organization had been defeated through the combined efforts of Cynthia and the International Police.

Cynthia couldn't figure it out either. She planned to inspect the ruins of Bear's Arena carefully and see whether any useful clues remained.

She also had a rough idea of what these remnants wanted: to revive Team Galactic... and find their leader, Cyrus, who had gone missing on Mt. Coronet!
