"Should I tell them or not..."
After learning the truth behind the Easter egg, Mingyou found himself torn. This Miraidon was far too dangerous. Who knew if it might suddenly lash out, or if someone here might accidentally make it angry?
This was his home turf, and he could handle a Miraidon or two. The Manor could even withstand a battle on that scale. But what about the Pokémon? Calyrex's power couldn't bring them back to life.
So he absolutely couldn't fight Miraidon at the Manor. Innocent Pokémon would inevitably get hurt, and he refused to let that happen.
That left only one answer...
Miraidon hadn't gotten angry despite everyone searching for it all these days. Maybe it enjoyed this game of hide-and-seek too. If so, there was no harm in letting it continue.
Everyone liked it, after all. Stopping them now would only backfire.
"I'll watch for a few more days, then. Act like nothing's happened and see what it does..."
The situation even made Mingyou wonder whether he should cancel his trip to the Unova Region next week. He had promised to teach an Open Class at Blueberry Academy, but matters at the Manor were more important.
Still, he couldn't break a promise...
For now, all he could do was keep watch.
"Oger?"
Ogerpon noticed Mingyou's expression. She tilted her head and gave him a puzzled look...
Over the next few days, as his departure for the Unova Region drew closer, Mingyou visited the Video Game Store daily. He watched the excitement, chatted with everyone about the Easter egg, and kept an eye out for Miraidon's occasional appearances.
After several days, he noticed a pattern. Miraidon appeared so rarely it felt like pulling a prize from a lottery, but it still showed up in some random game once
