The night passed without incident, and before long, morning came. After learning about the Synchronizer last night, everyone was clamoring to try it.
Mingyou had no choice but to take them to Central Plaza while Akari was in class. He could also ask Synchrony why he had been unable to log out last night.
After they arrived by Flying Taxi, he looked at the noisy group and waved them down. "Don't rush. Let me sort something out first."

Meloetta floated down and perched sideways on Mingyou's shoulder, hiding herself from sight. She still felt safer that way in crowded places.
Synchrony had already received his message and was waiting for him. After listening to his account, her face filled with disbelief.
"You're saying you stayed synchronized with a Pokémon for an entire day? Didn't you feel exhausted?"
"Uh... not really. Maybe Ogerpon and I are just that compatible. It barely felt any different from being in my own body."
Mingyou found it hard to believe too, but it was the only explanation he could think of.
Synchrony couldn't make sense of it either. After a moment's thought, she looked at Riolu beside him. "Then try someone else. Synchronize with Puppy this time."
"Riolu~"
"Sure, no problem."
Riolu had no objections, so Mingyou synchronized with him. A moment later, Mingyou's consciousness entered Riolu's body. This time, he took temporary control to see how it felt...
Once he had adjusted to the body, he waved a paw and looked at Gabite. Gabite knew what he wanted from that look alone and braced himself.
Controlling Riolu, Mingyou threw a punch and sent a Vacuum Wave into Gabite. It barely scratched him, making it clear that Mingyou couldn't yet handle Riolu's power.
Synchrony nodded at the sight. "Keep going, then. Wear yourself out.
