Inside a cave filled with dazzling crystals, Mingyou gradually calmed down. He went back into his tent and tried to assess the situation.

It seemed only the tent he had been sleeping in had come with him. Ogerpon was gone, along with every Poké Ball in his backpack.

When he had emerged from the mist, the tent had still been zipped shut and completely intact. Perhaps he and the tent were the only things brought here.

Fortunately, his Rotom Phone was still in his pocket, and he still wore his Z-Ring and Dynamax Band. The Tera Orb, though, had been in his backpack.

"I hope they're still at the Crystal Pool..."

After everything he had been through, Mingyou no longer panicked as easily as he once had. There had to be a reason the mist had brought only him here.

He took down the tent and packed it away, then made a makeshift sack from his coat and tied it to himself. His first priority was figuring out where he was and finding food. Without his backpack, he had no food or water at all. This was wilderness survival now.

Reshiram was worried about their companions too, but he couldn't help feeling pleased. Mingyou had only taken a short rest, and already Reshiram was the only Pokémon he could rely on. That was the advantage of dwelling within him.

After tying the coat around himself, Mingyou surveyed his surroundings. The cave wasn't large; the ceiling was only four meters above the floor. There wasn't enough room for Reshiram to fight properly, which made this place dangerous.

Luckily, the Tera Crystals gave off their own light. He could see that a rock wall blocked the way behind him, making it a dead end. Ahead lay a passage leading who knew
