Uchiha Yufeng defeated Urashiki, strengthened Naruto and Sasuke’s training, and began teaching Hanabi while events in Konoha tied him to Akatsuki, old friends, and Tsunade. The arc ended with Sakura assigned as Tsunade’s assistant and Yufeng continuing to shape the next generation.

• Uchiha Yufeng reunited with Guang in Konoha as the Chunin Exams concluded, and Namikaze Minato returned to become Fourth Hokage.
• Uchiha Yufeng defeated Otsutsuki Urashiki and sealed him inside the Totsuka Blade, then advised Naruto to pursue Sage Jutsu.
• Uchiha Itachi and Kisame Hoshigaki entered Konoha, clashed with Kakashi and others, and escaped after Uchiha Shisui intervened.

Uchiha Yufeng forced Iwagakure toward an alliance with Konoha while Akatsuki captured Roshi and clashed with Konoha’s rescuers. In Amegakure, Jiraiya confronted Pain and learned of his plan to use the Tailed Beasts to create a weapon that would make nations fear war.

• Uchiha Yufeng trained Kurama Yakumo and Team 8, sealed the monster that emerged from Yakumo’s Genjutsu, and helped Kakashi understand his new Mangekyō Sharingan ability.
• Namikaze Minato sent Uchiha Yufeng to negotiate with Iwagakure, where Ōnoki’s leaders proposed an unequal alliance and Yufeng defeated Ōnoki with his Susanoo and Rinnegan.
• Uchiha Yufeng made Kurotsuchi Iwagakure’s representative and demanded revised alliance terms, while Uchiha Hikari reported that Akatsuki’s spies had left.
• Kisame Hoshigaki and Uchiha Itachi captured Roshi, but Uchiha Obito took Roshi away as Might Guy and Kakashi confronted them, forcing Itachi and Kisame to retreat.

Uchiha Yufeng defeated Pain, exposed Nagato’s manipulation, and helped Kazahana Koyuki reclaim the Land of Snow before stopping Haido’s Gelel Stone plot. The arc left Yufeng facing Akatsuki’s new leadership and a suspected coup in Sunagakure while planning to retrieve two trainees.

• Jiraiya and the Toad Sages were cornered by Pain, but Uchiha Yufeng arrived, rescued them, defeated the assembled Pains, and found Nagato.
• Uchiha Yufeng revealed that Nagato’s Rinnegan had been implanted as part of a plot, after which Nagato died and Konan stayed behind to bury him.
• Uchiha Yufeng returned to Mount Myōboku, where Naruto and Second Pillar demonstrated their training before he assigned them comprehensive training.
• Uchiha Yufeng escorted Kazahana Koyuki to the Land of Snow, killed Dōtō and his forces, and helped Koyuki activate the Rainbow Ice Wall and become Daimyo.

Team 7 traveled to Sunagakure to stop Akatsuki’s assault and rescue Gaara, while Uchiha Yufeng confronted Uchiha Madara and uncovered Black Zetsu’s plot. With Madara and Black Zetsu sealed and the Akatsuki disbanded, Yufeng accompanied Konan to Amegakure.

• Second Pillar returned to Konoha, lost a sword spar to Uchiha Shisui, and joined Team 7 under Uchiha Izumi for a mission to Sunagakure.
• Uchiha Madara, Sasori, and Deidara kidnapped Gaara, while Team 7 fought Sasori and Deidara outside the village.
• Uchiha Izumi and Pakura defeated Sasori, and Pakura captured Deidara before delivering him to Ōnoki of Both Scales.
• Haruno Sakura treated the poisoned Rasa and Kankuro, while Uchiha Izumi told Sunagakure that Gaara remained in Akatsuki’s hands.
• Konan attacked Uchiha Madara over Nagato’s Rinnegan, but Uchiha Yufeng arrived and fought Madara with his Susanoo and Rinnegan.
