His condition had eased a little. Harry held his head and, enduring the now milder pain, told Dumbledore everything he had seen.

In a hidden chamber at Malfoy Manor, Voldemort sat in a high-backed chair, his pale, gaunt fingers stroking the giant snake coiled across his lap.

Nagini gave a chilling hiss, her scarlet tongue flicking repeatedly over her master's hand.

Yaxley knelt before Voldemort, listening to his orders.

"Romania." Voldemort lowered his gaze slightly and stroked Nagini. "Take some men to Eastern Europe yourself. Make sure that shipment of 'goods' is brought back safely from Romania."

"Yes, Master! I won't fail you!" Yaxley bowed his head, his voice eager.

At that moment, Voldemort seemed to sense something. But when he probed more carefully, he found nothing amiss. Puzzled, he waved a hand. "Go."

Beside Harry's bed in the Hospital Wing, Dumbledore had questions of his own. Of all the intelligence he had gathered, almost none concerned Romania. More precisely, Voldemort had made almost no moves in Eastern Europe, apart from Albania.

After being gravely wounded and disappearing all those years ago, Voldemort had clung to life in the forests of Albania for more than a decade. But he had never once gone to Romania.

And what were these "goods"?

If Voldemort was seeking allies, as he had with the Giant Tribe, Dumbledore could think of the vampires in Transylvania.

But the order to ensure the "goods" were safe was intriguing. Could they be a Horcrux Voldemort had left there?

Given that he had yet to find the other Horcruxes, Dumbledore thought it possible.

"Professor, Madam Pomfrey asked me to bring these over. She also said Harry's condition isn't serious, but she recommends that he stay here overnight for observation."

While Dumbledore was thinking, Malfoy arrived
