There was little to say about Grindelwald, really.

But Dumbledore would be leaving Hogwarts for a while, and Will wouldn't be able to see Grindelwald during that time. They needed to move up their next meeting.

"You could just let me go on my own," Will said, spreading his hands. "Do you really think that would be a problem?"

Dumbledore took a sip of tea and stared at Will without a word. "..."

Will thought he could see exasperation in Dumbledore's bright blue eyes. Apparently, Dumbledore had quite the wrong idea about him, as though he were some kind of dangerous individual.

"When the time is right, I will," Dumbledore finally said. "As for the meeting, let's make it tomorrow. You have no tutoring tomorrow morning. I'm afraid you'll have to miss the Hogsmeade visit, though."

Tomorrow was Saturday.

Will nodded. "Of course. I'd better get to class, then."

Dumbledore waved him off, looking rather helpless.

Will arrived at the Defence Against the Dark Arts classroom one minute before the lesson began and greeted Lupin.

Though Will had cut it close, Lupin said nothing. He smiled and beckoned him to take a seat—he was terribly fond of Will.

Will sat in the window seat Sylvia had saved for him, opened a book that had next to nothing to do with Defence Against the Dark Arts, and took out his notebook. Soon, he was lost in his own world.

Lupin watched Will write and sketch, clearly without any intention of listening, but he wasn't annoyed. He knew how skilled Will was at Defence Against the Dark Arts. Will had no real need for the lesson; attending was just a formality.
