"You'd better head back to school now." Sirius rose and fixed Harry with an intensely serious look. "Harry, I forbid you to sneak out of school to visit me again. Do you understand? We can keep in touch by letter. We still don't know what dangers might be lurking, so you must follow Hogwarts' rules to the letter and never leave without permission. You're safest inside Hogwarts Castle."
"And Jerry, there's something I'd like to ask of you. When you have time, please teach Harry some spells to defend himself! There's only one task left in the Triwizard Tournament, but I still have a bad feeling about it!"
"But so far, apart from a dragon and a few grindylows at the bottom of the lake, I haven't felt there was any danger." Harry tried to sound casual, but Sirius's eyes showed clear displeasure and reproach.
"Let's hope I'm worrying over nothing." Sirius sighed and continued, "Once you're safely back at school, call me... call me Cold whenever you talk about me, to avoid any unnecessary trouble!"
The group retraced their steps, slowly making their way through Hogsmeade and back to Hogwarts Castle.
"Do you think Percy might know something about Mr. Crouch?" Ron suddenly asked. "Then again, he might not care about any of this. He might even admire Crouch more. He'd probably say Mr. Crouch simply refused to break Ministry of Magic laws for the sake of personal feelings."
"Ron, you should write to Percy and ask!" Harry suggested. "As Mr. Crouch's personal assistant, he ought to know plenty of things we don't."
"I'll write to him when we get back!" Ron nodded.
They ran into Cho Chang and Cedric in the Entrance Hall. Seeing the two of them reminded Harry of Rita Skeeter's report, leaving him terribly embarrassed.
