"Yi, you're back? Did something happen?" Hiruzen Sarutobi froze briefly at Uchiha Yi's arrival, unease stirring inside him. Could something major have happened in the Land of Water?
"Uh, here's what happened..." Uchiha Yi scratched his head and explained how he had released the Three-Tails and destroyed Kirigakure. Fortunately, Hiruzen Sarutobi was still young. Otherwise, Uchiha Yi would have worried that the news might give him a heart attack.
"What? You fought your way into Kirigakure, released the Three-Tails, and wreaked havoc in the village?" Even though Hiruzen Sarutobi had braced himself, he jumped to his feet upon hearing Uchiha Yi's account. There was no way he could stay calm. If Uchiha Yi really had pulled this off, the fighting on the Kirigakure front was almost certainly over.
Of course, it could also unite the Mist Ninja against Konoha. After all, Uchiha Yi and Konoha had given them far too much reason for hatred.
