"What do we do now? We can't go on like this!" Tobirama Senju frowned. Uchiha Yi was powerful, but if he could only take hits without striking back, he would eventually be in trouble. "We have to help Uchiha Yi."
"First, teacher, Lady Mito." Hiruzen Sarutobi arrived near them, panting, his eyes full of guilt.
"You're here? Where's Danzo?" Seeing Hiruzen's injuries, Tobirama frowned. The sudden golden attack had left him no attention to spare for Shimura Danzō. Compared with Uchiha Yi, Danzo hardly seemed important.
Besides, he trusted Hiruzen to handle it.
If Hiruzen couldn't settle even this as Hokage, then he wasn't up to the job. He might as well step down and let Uchiha Yi take over.
Tobirama thought Uchiha Yi was a fine choice. Despite his overwhelming strength, he hadn't kicked Hiruzen out of the Hokage's seat. Clearly, he was a good kid.
"Danzo escaped." Hiruzen gritted his teeth at the mention of him. "That damned Danzo has done so many monstrous things. I'll never let him off. If I can't deal with him, I'm no Third Hokage of Konoha."
"Was it because of that sudden attack?" Tobirama studied the golden light gravely. He couldn't say why, but it felt terribly dangerous. Even with his Impure World Reincarnation body, he might not come out unscathed if it struck him.
"Yes. It was too dangerous," Hiruzen said grimly. "I don't know whether Yi can withstand it."
"He can flee if he wants to. Don't forget, he knows my Flying Thunder God Technique." Tobirama glanced at Hiruzen but didn't blame him further. In those circumstances, even Tobirama couldn't have kept pursuing Danzo.
Uchiha Yi was the greater concern.
Tobirama went on, "I suspect Uchiha Yi stayed because he wants to eliminate this hidden enemy once and for all.
