Did Shimura Danzō have personal charisma?
Neither Hiruzen Sarutobi nor Utatane Koharu knew where to begin with that one.
If Shimura Danzō really had charisma, he wouldn't need Cursed Seals to control his subordinates. The man had no charisma whatsoever.
He was nothing but a shit-stirrer in the Shinobi World.

Even after Uchiha Yi led Konoha to a tremendous victory, with the village poised to dominate the entire Shinobi World under his leadership, Shimura Danzō still insisted that only he could save Konoha. No one else could—least of all the inherently evil Uchiha Yi.
"But why didn't they steal those documents while Shimura Danzō was on trial, then use them to negotiate with Konoha?" Minato Namikaze asked hesitantly.
