Usopp searched through his telescope for ages, but he spotted neither an island nor a ship.

Suddenly, Rubick sensed something and looked straight ahead of the ship.

Robin noticed his reaction. "Rubick, what is it?"

Thud, thud, thud!

Three seagulls dropped onto the deck. Hearing their cries, Chopper exclaimed, "You say you were shot? But I didn't hear any Pistol fire!"

Chopper searched the gulls, found the bullet holes, and dug out the bullets. "Bullets! They look like they came from straight ahead of the ship. How is that possible?"

As a sniper, Usopp took a serious blow to his confidence. He asked Rubick in disbelief, "Mister, can someone really shoot that far? We can't even see an island from here!"

Rubick knew whose handiwork this was: the sniper under Blackbeard. He had forgotten the man's name.

Rubick poured salt in the wound. "That's a paltry skill he can only show off in front of you. I sensed the bullets' trajectories before they reached us."

In truth, Rubick was curious about the sniper's weapon. How could a sniper fire bullets so far with the technology available here? The distance had to be several kilometers.

Usopp was crushed. It seemed impossible to him.

Before long, they spotted an island in the distance. Strangely, though it was a wooded Spring Island, not a single bird flew overhead.

Luffy pointed ahead and shouted, "Going Merry, full speed ahead!"

Following Nami's directions, the Going Merry sailed west along the coast. Once they rounded a bend, they found a mass of ships moored in the Port.

Nami said hopefully, "Could this be a resort island? There are plenty of ships."

After a closer look, Usopp exclaimed, "Wait, aren't those all pirate ships?"

Nami asked Rubick, "Mister, can pirate ships really dock openly in a Port
