The auctions would continue. After seeing the first one, more people would bring items they wanted to put up for sale.
Once there were enough items, the Pluton Pirates would announce a date for the next auction.
Sigli Island was buzzing, and the number of pirates on it kept growing.
New arrivals soon lost themselves in a carnival made for them.
Fine wine, good food, and entertainment of every kind.
Pirate crews, led by their captains or officers, recruited new members in areas the Pluton Pirates had set aside for them.
Leaders of the Underground Forces also used this vast gathering place to discuss partnerships with one another.
After two years of chaos in the Underworld, the broad balance of power had largely taken shape. But the competition only grew fiercer toward the end. No one would let this rare opening pass without giving it everything they had.
