Ignis gazed through the window at the whole of Paros Island.
Behind him, a group of young people, some seated and others standing, watched his back.
Among them was his younger brother, Abraham.
Some he had recruited from the Royal Military Academy; others he had won over at the Battle Pyramid during this time.
All were people Ignis valued.
There were twelve of them in all, the core of Ignis's team.

Misty, Goenitz, Shermie, Krizalid, Angel, and Whip from the Royal Military Academy.
Foxy, Yashiro, Mature, Vice, and Rugal, whom he had won over at Sky Arena.
"Starting today, NESTS is officially founded."
Ignis turned around with a quiet smile.
"How do we develop it from here?"
They had gathered under Ignis, and as members of this new organization, they were excited to see it founded.
Like Ignis, they were all young.
Even Rugal, the oldest, was only twenty-five.
But when it came to developing the organization, everyone except perhaps Abraham was drawing a blank.
Ignis, however, had a rough plan.
Building a force would not be simple, especially one that could reach the heights he envisioned.
"We need a headquarters: a base thousands of meters in the sky. A Floating Island concealed by the clouds."
Ignis described his vision. For now, that was all it was—the base did not yet exist.
Now that he had set out on his own, he could naturally call on Hades for help. That was an advantage of his identity.
Hades was willing to support his child, but not unconditionally.
