• Madara attacked Sand City with a meteor, but Sakura-ge’s nuclear warheads drove him to flee naked.
• Naruto sent Fū to Konoha after she chose to leave Takigakure, then he and Sasuke rescued fishermen from Isshiki’s black cubes in the Land of Water.
• Isshiki defeated Itachi and Kisame, but Madara intervened before Naruto and Sasuke captured Isshiki and learned he had unleashed Daikokuten across the world.

The God of Machines began rewriting humanity, while Naruto drew Black Zetsu into helping him reach Obito and Hiruzen watched a scripted version of Naruto’s childhood unfold.

• Jiraiya fought a zombie horde at the Underground City while Kakashi and the Third Hokage explained that nightly monster attacks were part of Naruto’s plan to strengthen the world.
• Naruto and Sasuke searched ruined Amegakure, found Nagato, and learned he had rebuilt the village in Whirlpool Country with help from the God of Machines.
• Naruto shrank the Black Cubes threatening Amegakure, then brought Nagato and the villagers to Kabuto’s base as Nagato confronted Isshiki over making the cubes.
• The God of Machines developed a plan to eliminate humanity and sealed the shinobi inside a simulated world, where Hiruzen accepted a scripted Hokage role and Danzo was resurrected.
• Shino refined the Spring and Autumn Cicada with Dragon Vein energy, and Boruto recruited him and Whirlpool Stark to help invade Warhammer World.
• Naruto and Sasuke found Black Zetsu, and Naruto said he would save Kaguya and persuaded Black Zetsu to call Obito.

Naruto and Sasuke uncovered the false Shinobi World, exposed Black Zetsu’s betrayal, and fought to protect its inhabitants from the God of Machines. Naruto inherited the Main God’s power as the Reincarnators scattered across the worlds, and the arc ended with him preparing to draw out the God of Machines.

• Naruto controlled a six-year-old puppet body in the false Konoha, reunited with Sasuke, and learned from the Third Hokage that the God of Machines had created the world.
• The God of Machines declared the Reincarnators unstable elements, and Naruto and Sasuke confronted Obito and revealed that Black Zetsu had manipulated him.
• Naruto removed the Zero-Tails from Obito and sent him into a false life with Kakashi and Rin, while the Third Hokage evacuated Konoha as monsters attacked.
• Naruto and Sasuke returned to the Orochimaru Base, where Mitsuki challenged Sasuke and Naruto discovered the Main God’s interface inside his consciousness.
