Naruto and Sasuke defeated the God of Machines, settled new arrivals into the Underground City, and handled the Pure Land’s leadership crisis. Naruto then set Black Zetsu’s Infinite Tsukuyomi plan in motion, bringing Kaguya back as the Sage of Six Paths appeared to confront them.

• Naruto sent the six Reincarnators to draw out the God of Machines, and they charged its million Mechanical Troops before being killed in battle.
• Naruto and Sasuke beat the God of Machines until it shut down, then brought it to the Orochimaru Base to seek Sakura-ge’s help for the people who had lost their mechanical partners.
• Sakura assigned the Third Hokage and the God of Machines’ captives to Minato, who persuaded the Third Hokage to become Hokage of the Pure Land.
• Jiraiya brought Nagato, Konan, and the Amegakure villagers to the Underground City, where Naruto welcomed them and put a stop to a brawl that frightened the newcomers.
• Sasuke’s secret meetings with women led Sakura, Karin, and Hinata to confront him, while Naruto covered for him and the God of Machines began telling scandalous stories.
• Naruto punished Momoshiki for reporting Isshiki behind his back, then took Sasuke and Black Zetsu to the surface to begin the Infinite Tsukuyomi plan.
• Black Zetsu possessed White Zetsu and used Naruto’s Ten-Tails Chakra to raise the Divine Tree, while Naruto granted immortality to the surviving Reincarnators.

Naruto and Team 7 defeated the Red-haired Six Paths, revived the dead, and used Light Gates to divert the Blocks Rain and threats from other worlds. The Shinobi World celebrated their apparent success, while Nagato recruited Obito to confront the still-unresolved danger from Jashin.

• Naruto and Sasuke subdued the Red-haired Six Paths with help from the Fourth Calamity, while Kaguya revealed she was their grandmother.
• Naruto and Sasuke asked Nagato to resurrect the dead, and Nagato and Madara used White Zetsu sacrifices to bring countless souls back.
• Team 7 proposed opening Light Gates across the Shinobi World to divert the Blocks Rain, despite Nagato's warnings about the danger.
• Naruto opened the Light Gates, Sasuke set their edges ablaze, and threats and weapons from countless worlds poured through them.
• Sakura's surveillance confirmed that the attackers had not reached the Shinobi World, but Nagato suspected Jashin was still a threat and went to recruit Obito.
• Villagers celebrated Team 7's success, while Sakura handled the aftermath and Nagato found Kakashi and Obito together.
• Obito regained his strength and awakened green Rinnegan as Kakashi's Mangekyo became Eternal Mangekyo, then left with Nagato to face the crisis.
• At the victory banquet, Sasuke learned Naruto and Hinata were busy together, vanished with Kiba, and caught Madara's interest as a worthy opponent.

Naruto restored the Shinobi World while the Savior Squad tried to manage new crises, including Boruto’s church and the cracking Space-Time Rifts. After Shino and Whirlpool Stark vanished, Naruto linked their disappearance to Boruto, the Dragon Vein, and a possible journey to Warhammer 40k, then set out to investigate.

• Obito sent Hidan in a gift box to Toneri, who had reached a civilization in space after nearly collapsing from exhaustion.
• Naruto reshaped the Shinobi World into a blocky landscape for the Tailed Beasts, then restored its natural scenery with Bankai while Kurama fought Hashirama and Madara.
• Naruto and Sasuke noticed Shino disappearing from their memories and records, then Minato showed them purple cracks spreading across a sealed Space-Time Rift.
• Naruto broke the seal and confronted the Main God, but Minato, Sasuke, and Sara stopped him from pursuing the fleeing lights through the rift.
• The Savior Squad split up to monitor Naruto, Sasuke, the tailed beasts, Hidan, and the Underground City as Nagato asked Minato’s family to keep Naruto there.
• Naruto searched for Shino and Whirlpool Stark, while the group learned that Hidan’s growing church worshipped Boruto and gained power through Divine Arts.
• Naruto told the Akatsuki members that Shino and Whirlpool Stark had vanished and that the Main God had threatened them, then heard Itachi suspect Boruto had taken the missing people for their abilities.

Naruto’s attempts to stop the multiplying Little Yellow People and the Command Block’s damage spiraled into a multiverse invasion. After the Shinobi Alliance regrouped, Naruto sent its forces to confront the Green Skins while he and Sasuke searched the Underground City for a vanished woman.

• Naruto discovered Obito’s green Rinnegan and tried to reach him, while insects in the Kamui Dimension trapped Obito and Nagato and learned to counter their escape techniques.
• Naruto unleashed attacks against the Little Yellow People, whose numbers doubled after they revived, then used the Command Block in a failed attempt to erase them and accidentally erased humans and orcs throughout the heavens.
• Naruto created a new planet, but Sasuke’s arrival led to a prolonged fight before thousands of Space-Time Rifts opened and attackers poured into the Shinobi World.
• Naruto gathered the Fourth Calamity to fight the invaders, while Kurama and the other Immortal Beasts joined the battle and the Command Block’s effects drew enemies from across the realms.
• Sakura treated poisoned Hokage as the Shinobi leaders gathered after the Space Force destroyed the sun, while Minato returned from the Pure Land and Naruto warned the Alliance that the world faced a crisis.
• Sakura recognized the multiplying Green Skins, and Naruto brought a Little Yellow Person before the group and ordered it to attack them, though it only stared in confusion.
• Minato noticed that the Green Skins were already fewer and concluded that Naruto’s calamity power was taking effect, leaving Naruto confused.
• Naruto sent Jiraiya through a Light Gate and urged the others to fight, while Sakura-ge led residents toward the front lines and Naruto took Sasuke to search for a vanished woman.
