Qin Hao hesitated.
The Great Dao Origin Crystal Stone was very likely in the City Lord's Manor.
Under normal circumstances, Qin Hao would have gone straight in to investigate without a second thought.
But the problem was...
The Demonic Qi had grown thicker!
Compared to when Qin Hao and Yun Chang had first entered Guangyin City, the Demonic Qi within the city was now at least twice as dense.
Even Yun Chang was struggling to bear it. He had to keep circulating his Space Great Dao Power to steady his mind and ward off the Demonic Qi's interference and erosion.
After a moment's thought, Qin Hao turned to look in all four directions of Guangyin City.
East, south, west, and north!
Having searched a circuit around Guangyin City, Qin Hao had noticed something.
"The Demonic Qi is thickest to the south, west, and north."
"But it's thickest of all at the City Lord's Manor!"
Of the four directions, the Demonic Qi was relatively thinnest to the east.
In the other three directions, it was exceptionally dense.
"The Demonic Qi has been growing thicker so gradually we hardly noticed. But its source..."
Qin Hao narrowed his eyes at the enormous humanoid Demonic Beast in front of the City Lord's Manor. "It must be that humanoid Demonic Beast!"
Many Demonic Beast remains throughout Guangyin City also held substantial Demonic Qi, but compared to that humanoid Demonic Beast, they were a single hair from nine oxen.
More importantly...
He had not felt it at first. But as he continued searching for the Great Dao Origin Crystal Stone and the Demonic Qi gradually thickened, Qin Hao began to sense something.
Danger!
Extreme danger!
It was as if approaching the City Lord's Manor would mean certain death.
