The green smoke dissipated.

Spider-Man crouched on the roof of an apartment building in Queens, panting heavily.

He touched his chest, then his face, to make sure he was still alive, still in this universe, still on Earth.

"Madame Web," he repeated the name under his breath.

My mind is a complete mess.

The Galactus, one of the five Creator God, is about to devour Earth.

And then go find Russell.

The woman called Madame Web sat on Throne made of spider webs, like an ancient prophet, and claimed that she could see the future.

They also said she was one of the Spider-Totem.

"Spider-Totem," Spider-Man repeated the word.

He remembered something.

After becoming Spider-Man, he had an incredibly realistic dream one night.

My dream contains legends about Spider-Totem, and ancient beings weaving Web of Life and Destiny across the Multiverse.

He thought these were just myths in his dreams, stories fabricated by some ancient civilization.

But now, a living Spider-Totem sits in front of him, telling him that Earth is about to be devoured by Galactus- devouring machine.

"Alright." Spider-Man took a deep breath. "Let's go find Russell; he's the one who calls the shots."

He stood up, preparing to shoot out the Silk, when suddenly his hand stopped moving.

"Wait," he muttered to himself.

"Madame Web said Russell would tell me what to do, but I don't even know where Russell is right now."

He's either floating above the Earth or staying in some Dimension I can't see. I can't exactly shout all over New York, ' Russell, where are you?'

Spider-Man tilted his head, looking rather helpless.

"Maybe I should go see the Empire State Building, the one that was surrounded by Mutants with flowers and portraits."

Spider-Man... are you looking for me?

A familiar voice echoed in my ears.

Russell.

He shot out Silk, which swung in the direction Russell indicated.

In that unknown dimensional space, Madame Web still sits on her web Throne.

Green smoke swirled slowly around her, and her white eyes peered through the air in the direction Spider-Man had disappeared.

Then she spoke, her voice echoing in the empty dimensional space, as if she were asking herself, or perhaps asking some unseen being.

"I don't understand."

She stood up, her red Cloak fluttering slightly in the air, the spiderweb patterns embroidered on Cloak emitting a faint light in the darkness.

"Why come all the way to this universe? To find an ordinary Spider-Man? And what's with this 'go find Russell, Russell can help him defeat Galactus '?"

She turned around, facing the depths of this void.

"A kid who's never even left his own Planet, a Heroes punishing criminals on the streets, and even a penniless guy who can't afford his rent."

Why him? He's too ordinary among the Spider-Man variants.

The void was silent for a moment, then a figure suddenly appeared.

The figure was enveloped in dazzling starlight, which did not come from any star or any Galaxy, but from something more ancient and essential.

Starlight swirled and flowed across his body, his face appearing and disappearing in the starlight, indistinct. He stood casually, as if in his own living room, or perhaps at the center of the entire Multiverse.

The Beyonder.

Madame Web was not at all surprised by his appearance.

Because she herself came to this unknown universe with the Beyonder.

More precisely, she came to this universe on the orders of the Beyonder and found Spider-Man.

"Because I owe someone a favor." The Beyonder spoke, his voice echoing in the void, carrying a rhythm that did not belong to any known language.

"Just now, that person sent me a message."

Madame Web looked at the Beyonder and remained silent for a long time.

"A favor," she repeated, "You owe someone a favor."

"Yes." The Beyonder nodded.

Madame Web remained silent for a while.

This was the most shocking news she had ever heard.

She knew perfectly well how powerful the Beyonder was; destroying Multiverse with a single punch would be effortless for them.

He is the ruler Beyond Realm, an existence beyond the Multiverse, something belonging to a higher Dimension that even the five great Creator God must look up to.

He actually owes people favors.

"Who is that person?" Madame Web asked tentatively.

The Beyonder did not answer.

He merely tilted his head slightly, his gaze icy.

Madame Web, seeing his silence, did not press the matter further.

She knew there were some things she shouldn't know, even if she were to.

She is Madame Web, who can predict many future events of the universe and see what is about to happen.

But the Beyonder doesn't exist in any Timeline.

He does not belong to any future; he is one of those beings who cannot even grasp the concept of "future."

"So you came to this universe," Madame Web confirmed, "To repay that person's favor."

"Right."

"So you made me find this universe's Spider-Man."

"Right."

"So you want me to tell Spider-Man to go find Russell."

"Right."

Madame Web lowered her head, while the Beyonder turned around to face the depths of the void before her.

In an instant, his gaze pierced through space, through Dimension, and through the Cosmic Laws that even Madame Web could not fully comprehend.

Then he saw Russell, the strongest man on Earth.

This young man, sitting casually in a Queens fast food restaurant with his hands in his pockets, exuded a familiar aura.

"So it really is related to him?"

Then his gaze shifted and he saw Thanos, and then he saw Silver Surfer, Galactus's messenger.

These are powerful beings in the universe, brought together by Russell.

"Interesting," the Beyonder muttered to himself.

Madame Web watched him.

"This unknown universe," the Beyonder smiled slightly, "Is still quite interesting."

He turned around and faced Madame Web.

"Mark this universe and add it to the reserve list."

Madame Web frowned.

She knew what the Beyonder wanted to do.

She had witnessed the final fates of those universes that were written into the reserve list.

"Aren't you afraid of creating unpredictable dangers by doing this?" she asked cautiously.

The Beyonder looked at her, his eyes, enveloped in starlight, held no emotion.

Just do as instructed.

Madame Web's lips tightened slightly.

She wanted to say something, but in the end, she didn't.

Because she knew that nothing she said mattered in front of Beyonder.

Then Madame Web stretched out her hand, and white light gathered in her palm.

These rays of light spun and wove in the void, eventually forming a miniature, rotating model of the universe.

The model contains everything in the universe: every Galaxy, every planet, and every life form.

Then she put it into her Cloak.

"Marking complete."

The Beyonder nodded slightly.

His figure began to blur, and the dazzling starlight swirled around him faster and faster, as if pulling him away from this void.
