Background / History

Russell awakens in the Marvel Universe inside the body of a mutant prisoner at the Agravall Experimental Base. Researchers had declared Subject 47 dead after injecting him with the R Biochemical Agent, which was meant to activate mutant genes but usually caused fatal cellular necrosis. His dossier identifies the body as engineered from the genes of Magneto, Professor X, and Wolverine. The injection triggered latent healing and telekinetic abilities, while the Ultimate Evolution System revealed how he could develop them 1 5.

After training in his cell, Russell kills the staff preparing to dissect him, destroys the suppression-collar control system, and leads other prisoners out of the base.
