"You know too many of my secrets. Who are you?"
Nagato sat in a wheelchair with a mass of tubes running into his back. His voice was grim as he questioned Naruto.
Seeing Nagato seated, Naruto dropped down comfortably himself.
As he sat, the earth suddenly formed an Earthen Chair beneath him.
Then Naruto grinned at Nagato and Konan.
"Who am I? I'm the daddy you two will never have!"
Nagato and Konan were about to explode at that, so Naruto quickly turned serious.
"Actually, I want to give you the Three-Tails!"
Nagato and Konan froze. Their first thought was: Since when was Naruto so generous?
Then it hit them: Damn it, we captured Sakura Haruno ourselves!
Naruto could read it on their faces. "If I wanted to take Sakura Haruno away, you couldn't stop me. I capture Tailed Beasts too, but I always leave you a small portion, just like I did with the Two-Tails Jinchūriki."
At the mention of the Two-Tails Jinchūriki, Nagato and Konan exchanged a glance and fell silent.
When Kakuzu and Hidan had gone to the Land of Lightning to capture the Two-Tails, Naruto had beaten them to it.
More surprising still, Naruto had absorbed most of its Chakra, then deliberately left the rest for Kakuzu and Hidan.
They had never understood why.
"Why did you do that?" Nagato asked.
"Because I want Tailed Beast Chakra too, but I also fully support your plan." Naruto spread his hands.
"You know our plan?" Nagato asked.
"Of course. I know all your plans, including the plan of that fellow calling himself Madara Uchiha." As Naruto spoke, he glanced toward the corner where Zetsu had been hiding and eavesdropping.
