"Looks like Akatsuki isn't giving up!"
Naruto watched Kisame flee into the distance beyond the Valley of Clouds and Lightning, a cold smile on his lips.
Perhaps Pain and Nagato no longer trusted the Female Avatar. This time, they had sent Kisame alone to ambush Killer B, hoping to seize the Eight-Tails early and loosen Naruto's hold over them.
Unfortunately, Kisame had failed to capture the Eight-Tails.
Before Naruto arrived, Kisame had used his signature Ninjutsu, the Great Water Sphere, to trap Killer B inside.
But this time, Killer B had no companions to protect, and Kisame no longer had Samehada's help.
More importantly, they were fighting on a mountaintop. Kisame could not move the Great Water Sphere wherever he pleased without sending it over a cliff.
He could only use clones to surround the sphere from several directions while driving swarms of water sharks at Killer B.
Killer B's strength was limited underwater. Just as he was about to suffocate, he transformed into the Eight-Tails in a fury and burst through the sphere.
Then he fired a Tailed Beast Bomb straight at Kisame!
Seeing the danger, Kisame leaped off the peak and narrowly escaped. Then he ran for his life.
Naruto and the others arrived just in time to see it.
"We need to teach Akatsuki a lesson."
Naruto gave a cold laugh, then turned to Yuki Haku. "Haku, go kill Kisame."
Haku nodded. Guided by one of Naruto's Shadow Clones, he rode the Gale down from the sky toward Kisame.
The Tailed Beast Bomb had caused such a commotion that Kumogakure noticed at once. The Fourth Raikage was already rushing over with a group of elite Ninja.
"Looks like this fight just got a little more troublesome." Naruto gave the members beside him a helpless smile.
