At the sight of Konoha's gates, Sara took a deep breath.
"Fifth Elder, you're back!" Uchiha He, who was guarding the gate, greeted Uchiha Yin with reverence in his eyes.
The Uchiha Clan had, in the end, taken charge of the Konoha Military Police Force, just as they had in the original story.
Besides patrolling, the force was also responsible for guarding the gates.
Of course, not everyone in the Konoha Military Police Force belonged to the Uchiha Clan, but everyone who served in it had to follow the clan's orders.
Without Danzo's suppression, however, the Uchiha Clan's compound was not as remote as it had been in the original story. The clan was fairly satisfied with that.
Hearing that familiar title from a fellow Uchiha, Uchiha Yin felt a pang of nostalgia.
After all, Uchiha Yin had "selflessly shared" his method for strengthening Eye Power, and the Uchiha Clan held him in great respect.
"Yeah, I'm back." Uchiha Yin smiled.
It had apparently been over a year since he had last returned to Konoha. He really had missed it.
Seeing that the newcomers were with Uchiha Yin, Uchiha He let them through without asking questions.
"Ye, did you see that? The Fifth Elder seems to have brought someone from the Hyuga Clan back with him," Uchiha He whispered to Uchiha Ye after Uchiha Yin had left.
"I saw. The Fifth Elder is incredible. He already won over Tsunade from the Senju Clan, and now he's gone and won over someone from the Hyuga Clan too?" Uchiha Ye said, barely containing his excitement.
