It makes me really happy to see you get what I'm going for and click with me. It's incredibly rewarding.

First, about the typos: there's honestly not much I can do. I probably have some degree of reading difficulty.

I can glance at a sentence and get the gist, but unless I read it carefully several times, I miss mistakes.

Often, when you point out typos or awkward sentences, I have to read them two or three times before I can tell what's wrong.

All I can do is beg you, dear readers, to bear with me. As soon as I spot a mistake, I'll fix it.

Second, updates: from now on, I'll post two chapters in a row every day at 7:30, totaling around 4,500 Chinese characters.

Once the book goes premium, I'll post 8,000 Chinese characters a day. On the first day, I'll drop a whopping 40,000 to put your minds at ease and give you plenty to read. (Having a backlog really is reassuring!)

Third, I've heard the key metric on Qidian now is how many people keep up with each new chapter. It's an important factor in whether the book gets further promotion.

I have high hopes for this book. The outline and setting notes alone run to nearly 20,000 Chinese characters. I've even made separate spreadsheets for all the equipment and skills, like I'm entering products into a catalog.
