"Sure, sure!"
Xu Mu waved his hands to show he had no objections.
Referee quickly announced the rules: each side could use three Pokémon in one-on-one battles.
The Gym Leader would send out a Pokémon first and could not switch Pokémon during a battle.
The match would end when all of one side's Pokémon were unable to battle.
The rules were standard enough, and Xu Mu had no questions.
Then he suddenly remembered how Greninja had taken on the entire Magma Gym alone and beaten all six of the Gym Leader's Pokémon.

Xu Mu licked his lips and grew serious.
I'll send Charizard out first!
With that in mind, Xu Mu picked up Charizard's Poké Ball.

With a sharp sound, Greninja leaped out on his own.
Then he put Charizard's Poké Ball back on Xu Mu's belt, picked up Arceus's Poké Ball, and handed it to Xu Mu instead.
Satisfied with his work, Greninja nodded and returned to his Poké Ball.
Xu Mu stared blankly at what Greninja had just done.
Which one of us is the Trainer here?
You handle your own training, and now you decide who battles, too!
Am I only here to feed you and clean up after you?
Yue Zeng chuckled at the sight, a rare smile appearing
