"Lady Beludona, did you really make a Contract with Dracula?"
As Five Hundred Years of Terror swept through Hell, Beludona, who had played herself in it, became something of a celebrity around Lava Lake.
Some lesser Lords even asked to buy Dracula's soul from her. The highest bidder offered a "flawless soul"—the soul of a Legendary being.
Beludona had her uncle turn them down one by one. After all, she didn't have Dracula's soul.
"Yes, I made a deal with Dracula."
Beludona spoke to the Apprentice Devils gathered around her as though soothing curious children.
Deception was part of a Devil's trade, and this barely counted. Annan had played Dracula, and she had made a deal with Annan. That meant she had made a deal with Dracula.

The merchant's fortune thus went to the second son. Outside the story, Beludona had won her uncle's regard.
Her uncle wasn't entirely pleased that Beludona had made Magic Films her priority, though.
He saw their value, but believed she was taking a dangerous, difficult path.
Hell was virgin territory. Wealth had piled up here for tens of thousands of years, but Devils had only ever desired souls. Money? That worthless golden ore was merely a tool for tempting humans.
Yet no one dared set their
