After the meeting ended, Pan Long thought for a long time.
He listed everything he had learned, filling several sheets of A4 paper. Then he turned the stack over and over, trying to work out which of his abilities might be useful.
The Doctoral Researcher and the others were looking for a solution too.
They contacted several friends they trusted absolutely: divine incarnations wandering the mortal world, legendary masters who could not age or die, and even some absurd figures of the Martial World whose fighting strength was nothing special but who were not bound by death. These elders all had one thing in common: none of them had large populations under their command that had entered modern society.

At the meeting, the Tower of Babel first raised the legend of the "Star-Devouring Demon God," then presented astronomical observations and Astrology data. Finally, it invited everyone to watch a live demonstration of Earthly Baleful Force blocking Psionic Power.
The elders did not seem particularly worried. More than one even urged the Doctoral Researcher
