"The tallest mountain on this planet is just ahead."
Bundled in thick winter clothes that made her look a little bulky, the young woman still moved with the agility of a bird in flight. She rested a mountaineering pick on her shoulder and pointed toward the towering snow-capped mountain a kilometer or two away, her eyes full of longing.
Pan Long gazed at the enormous peak rising into the sky and could not help marveling at it.
"What's the mountain called? How tall is it?" he asked.
The self-appointed guide, known as the "Snow Region's greatest mountaineer," swayed her thick leopard tail unconsciously. "This place is far from civilization. Almost no one has set foot here, so of course no one has named it. But this entire range is collectively called the Goddess. According to our legends, it's where the goddesses live."
"As for how tall it is, no one has ever measured it precisely. The Snow Region is already the highest plateau in the world, and this is the highest point in the Snow Region... So unless we're mistaken, this should be the tallest mountain in the world."

"Then why don't you name it?" he asked. "It would make talking about it easier."
