Background / History

Yuhao grew up in the Dai household. Because she did not awaken the White Tiger Martial Soul and was singled out by the duke’s wife, she spent her days working rather than receiving a substantial education in the family’s signature fusion technique. Her mother died of illness, and her father did not know of her existence. Memories of her mother and two brothers provoke grief and fierce resentment 14 15 20.

Wang Dong met Yuhao on the road. After an initially rocky relationship, the two became friends, although Wang Dong was frustrated by Yuhao’s apparently ten-year first Soul Ring. Tang Ya recruited Yuhao into the diminished Tang Sect for her grilled fish and steadfast character; the sect then consisted of Tang Ya and three disciples 14.

At Shrek Academy’s entrance, Yuhao met Tang Wulin and accepted Wang Dong’s proposal that the three become sworn brothers. The proposal initially stirred painful family memories, but Yuhao welcomed the prospect of having brothers of her own.
