Background / History

The Golden Rankings appear while Long Yuan and Qian Renxue are drinking in a Heaven Dou City tavern. Golden light and lightning spread across the continent, awakening secluded experts and attracting the attention of distant Soul Beasts. An enormous scroll descends and announces that everyone who makes its rankings will receive a reward 1.

The scroll then introduces the Douluo Power Rankings, admitting both humans and Soul Beasts. Its appearance is unprecedented in the records known to Bibi Dong, while Gu Yuena cannot understand its power even after probing it with divine energy 2.

The rankings reveal their entries in descending numerical order, beginning with Bibi Dong in twelfth place. By Ye Xishui’s fifth-place announcement, they have exposed unknown territories, hidden powerhouses, and cultivation technology unfamiliar to the current era 4 15 45.
