Shinji defeated Madara, revealed the Ōtsutsuki threat, and revived the Ten-Tails as he prepared to confront the dangers ahead. After explaining Kaguya’s return and securing Madara and Hashirama’s help, Shinji entered the Time Domain and examined a new reward.

• Obito Uchiha fought Konan for Nagato’s Rinnegan, but Madara Uchiha, Shinji Uchiha, and Konan confronted him before he could escape with it.
• Shinji fought Madara Uchiha, defeated him, and showed him Urashiki Otsutsuki to explain the danger posed by the Ōtsutsuki Clan.
• Shinji brought together allies across the Shinobi World, recruited Nobihi as Dawn’s Second Seat, and tasked Hiruko with refining his Chimera Technique.
• Shinji revived the Ten-Tails, became its Jinchuriki, and faced Obito Uchiha, who summoned Kabuto Yakushi and other figures through Impure World Reincarnation.
• Shinji returned to Gaara and prepared to remove Shukaku, while Shisui released Minato Namikaze and Hiruzen Sarutobi from Impure World Reincarnation.

Shinji pursued a plan to unify the nations and reshape the shinobi world, while confronting the damage his choices caused to Itachi, Izumi, and Tsunade. The arc ended with Dawn attacking the great nations, Mei choosing to remain in Kirigakure, and Shinji preparing for Naruto’s birthday.

• Shinji trapped Urashiki beneath a moon, then recruited Tobirama to help unify the Shinobi World and drew allies into his plan.
• Minato returned to Konoha and witnessed Naruto’s isolation, while Kakashi and Minato challenged Hiruzen over the suffering Naruto had endured.
• Sasuke fought Itachi, and Izumi trapped Itachi with Izanami before Shinji intervened and offered her a choice.
• Izumi stabbed Itachi and asked Shinji to revive him, then agreed to leave Konoha for missions at Reed Hideout, while Shinji restored Itachi and brought him home.
• The clan representatives approved Kei’s reforms and nominated Kakashi as Fifth Hokage, while Shinji arranged Hiruzen’s funeral and tried to reassure Tsunade.
• Shinji told Madara that they would give Obito the Ten-Tails and planned to extract the Nine-Tails from Naruto on his birthday without hurting him.

Shinji reunited Naruto with Kurama and Kushina, then used his overwhelming power to secure the Kage’s acceptance of a unified Shinobi World. As he gathered allies and prepared reforms, Orochimaru’s experiment transformed Nobihi, who awakened two different Rinnegan.

• Shinji gave Naruto a small fox containing Kurama’s consciousness, separated Kurama from Naruto, and reunited Naruto with Kushina in the Sealing Space.
• Shinji fought Madara Uchiha and Hashirama Senju at the Valley of the End, demonstrating his power to the visiting Kage and destroying the battlefield during their sparring match.
• Kei Uchiha presented the unification reforms, and the four Kage accepted Kakashi and Kei Uchiha’s decisions after Shinji threatened anyone who opposed them.
• Shinji took Kumogakure’s treasured tools, recruited Kisame Hoshigaki, and forced Kakuzu to negotiate before hiring him as Finance Minister.
• Mikoto arranged a family dinner with Mei Terumi in hopes of learning about Shinji’s partner, but Orochimaru’s urgent call interrupted the meal.
• Shinji, Orochimaru, and Hiruko monitored Nobihi’s dangerous transformation as his body broke down and recovered after receiving Shinji’s genetic extract.
• Nobihi awoke with an Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan, then underwent another transformation as Shinji and Orochimaru watched his nutrient tank shatter.
• Nobihi opened his eyes to reveal a golden Rinnegan in his left eye and a purple Rinnegan in his right, shocking Madara Uchiha while Shinji counted the Tomoe.

Shinji faced Obito’s Eye of the Moon Plan, then confronted Kaguya after Black Zetsu brought her back. He defeated her and explained to Hagoromo why she had created the White Zetsu army, leaving the Ōtsutsuki threat unresolved.

• Yehuo awakened with a developing third eye and sparred with Nobihi, whose new powers revealed the strength and limits of his abilities.
• Shinji sent Nobihi to the Land of Iron, where Nobihi overpowered the Daimyō and officials until Shinji stopped him and helped him reconcile with Shisui.
• Obito attacked Konoha, but Shinji protected the defenders and moved the village away as the God Tree spread across the Shinobi World.
• Obito cast Infinite Tsukuyomi, but Kabuto took Mikoto hostage, and Shinji used a Sharingan Genjutsu to make Kabuto perform Rinne Rebirth.
• Obito absorbed the God Tree, but Black Zetsu betrayed him and transformed his body to revive Kaguya, and Shinji pursued Kaguya and prevented her escape.
• Shinji entered Hagoromo’s mental space, took his powers, then defeated Kaguya and used Planetary Devastation to draw mountains and boulders into the sky.
• Shinji showed Hagoromo Kaguya’s mental space and explained that she had created White Zetsu to defend against her Ōtsutsuki clan.
