Events proved that King Trutz's support for the Xinfei Merchant Guild went far beyond verbal promises.
Throughout the series of negotiations Xu Yi conducted with the Rulson Kingdom on behalf of the Xinfei Merchant Guild, the guild received tremendous assistance. Nearly every major institution in the Rulson Kingdom supported virtually every request the guild made without reservation. Clearly, King Trutz had issued special instructions.
After spending just half a month in the Rulson Kingdom, Xu Yi signed three major cooperation agreements with the kingdom on behalf of the Xinfei Merchant Guild.
First, the Xinfei Merchant Guild would cooperate directly with five cities in the Rulson Kingdom to establish twenty joint-venture household magic machinery factories. Their product lines would cover every type of household magic machinery the guild currently produced.
Under the agreement, the Xinfei Merchant Guild would provide funding and technical support, while the Rulson Kingdom would provide land and preferential policies. This Magic Machinery Vocational Skills Training Academy would be entirely controlled by the Rulson Kingdom. The Xinfei Merchant Guild would provide only information and technical support, without needing to involve itself in anything else.
