And because the Sarkaz had already been wiped out in this Worldline, Amiya never met the Doctor, nor did she meet Kal'tsit.
It was not until many years later that Amiya learned that the dying Sarkaz she had met only once, yet wanted to save because of her kindness, had been named Theresia.
And the small black crown Theresia had given her before dying, having seen Amiya's kindness, was named "Continuance of Civilization."
Time passed, and Amiya grew up. She chose to become a battlefield doctor.
But as Terra's nations fought until they had beaten each other bloody and even bombed field hospitals, standing alone amid mountains of corpses and seas of blood taught Amiya that so-called kindness had no meaning at all.
Several years later, Amiya joined a special operations squad as its accompanying doctor.
The squad leader claimed they were going to seek "the secret to ending war," and they explored many underground ruins.
But during one expedition, the squad was ambushed. Amiya was wounded by an Originium artillery shell, and at death's door, she encountered a "Preserver" from Pre-Civilization.
Amiya wanted to live, so she crawled into the stone coffin and lay down.
Inside the stone coffin, Amiya met two gods.
One wrapped her in warm light, allowing her to understand everything and freely search records for the crown called "Hope."
The other covered her with black stone, allowing her to freely alter Originium's properties and assimilate and freeze anything she saw with Originium—the ability named "Authority."
