Vielvi is Emperor Verus’s eldest daughter and Vina’s older sister. Her Brain martial soul is a rare, unstable inheritance within the imperial bloodline: several generations may pass without a bearer, while historical bearers were said to become Super Douluo upon maturity. Her status, innate full soul power, and martial soul made her Verus’s strongest candidate for renewing ties with the Black Dragon Qin Family 6.

Zhao Yong proposed a marriage alliance with Qin Xu to reinforce the Black-White Alliance and prevent a rupture between the empire and its western frontier defenders.
