Ye Zhiqiu identifies Nana as Gu Yuena, the Silver Dragon King and sovereign of the Soul Beasts. Nana cannot recall her former occupation and does not know her exact strength, saying she expects to understand it once she has fully recovered 23 24.

Before teaching on Heaven Dou Star, Nana worked as Lan Xuanyu’s private tutor on Tianluo Star. Xuanyu relieved the emptiness Nana felt, and Nana continued thinking about her after their separation.
