Background

Qian Renxue is the daughter of the previous Pope of Spirit Hall and Bibidong, as well as Qian Daoliu's granddaughter. Her relationship with Bibidong is deeply strained: she cannot bring herself to call Bibidong “Mother,” instead addressing her formally as “Pope,” while carrying resentment over Bibidong's treatment of her during childhood. 120 187

At a young age, Qian Renxue was placed in Heaven Dou under the identity of Prince Xue Qinghe. Her disguise relies on a Spirit Bone inherited by Spirit Hall that can alter her appearance so completely that her identity cannot be seen through. 154 During this mission, she eliminated several princes but initially failed to secure the empire's military, financial, and institutional power, leaving her position vulnerable despite her status as Crown Prince. 15 145
