Qingyun absorbed the Dragon Vein’s power, defeated Kirigakure, and intervened in the plans surrounding Rin, Yahiko, and the Uchiha. After the wars ended, he helped shape Konoha’s leadership as Orochimaru became a rogue ninja and Tsunade returned.

• Minato fought A and Killer B, subdued Killer B, and negotiated a peace treaty with the Third Raikage in exchange for supplies.
• Qingyun absorbed the Dragon Vein, gained Wood Release, and later defeated Karatachi Yagura’s forces, recovering the Hyuga Clan’s stolen Byakugan.
• Kakashi and Rin survived the Kannabi Bridge mission after Obito gave Kakashi his Sharingan, and Qingyun revived Rin and explained Madara’s scheme.
• Qingyun rescued Karin and her mother, arranged for Madara to deliver Yahiko’s body, and later revived Yahiko and tasked him with creating Dusk.
• Fugaku entrusted Itachi to Qingyun after his Prophecy Dojutsu showed the Uchiha Clan’s destruction, while Kirigakure fell into civil strife under Yagura.

Qingyun trained new allies, confronted an Ōtsutsuki intruder, and uncovered clues connecting the Byakugan to the moon’s Tenseigan. After rescuing Neji from the Hyuga elders, he took both Neji and Hinata as disciples, while Yahiko remained separated from Nagato and Konan.

• Qingyun helped Shisui awaken his Mangekyo Sharingan through a dangerous illusion and Hashirama cell transplant, then returned to Konoha as Orochimaru considered Uchiha Itachi as a vessel.
• Qingyun took Yahiko to Kirigakure, recruited the injured Haku, and later taught Deidara in Iwagakure while preparing him to join Dusk.
• Qingyun freed Kurama from Kushina, defeated Shidou Ōtsutsuki after the attack on Konoha, and learned that the Ōtsutsuki might be connected to the moon.
• Qingyun treated Kimimaro with qilin blood and the Ice Heart Technique, then explained to Hizashi that enduring repeated Caged Bird Seal activations could evolve Neji’s Byakugan into the Tenseigan.
• Qingyun rescued Hinata from Natsuda and forced Fourth Raikage A to explain Kumogakure’s plan to obtain the Byakugan, then demanded ten billion ryō in supplies.
• Nagato’s Deva Path encountered Yahiko in Kirigakure, but Yahiko fled to avoid endangering Nagato and Konan, leaving Konan determined to seek Qingyun’s help.
• The Hyuga elders tortured Neji for Qingyun’s cultivation techniques, so Qingyun killed the Great Elder and Second Elder and freed Neji and Hizashi.
• Qingyun accepted Hinata as his disciple, and Neji and Hinata joined Shion and Naruto to play.

Qingyun destroyed the moon’s threat, completed years of cultivation, and revived Miroku before helping defeat Moryo. As he traveled with his family, Yahiko and Kimimaro helped Mei Terumi kill Yagura, while Obito and Danzo began plotting against Qingyun.

• Qingyun reunited Konan with Yahiko, then investigated the missing children at the Orphanage and discovered Orochimaru’s involvement.
• Qingyun captured Shennong, seized the Flying Fortress and a Gelel Stone vein, and recruited Orochimaru to develop its energy systems.
• Qingyun and Kushina fought Otsutsuki Sanjun, destroyed the moon with Love of the Allure, and Qingyun absorbed the Giant Tenseigan’s energy before taking Toneri’s bloodline.
• After three years of seclusion, Qingyun gained power from the Dragon Essence, rejected the Sage of Six Paths’ request to guard the moon, and agreed to teach Naruto while arranging for Kakashi to train Sasuke.
• Qingyun retrieved Miroku’s soul and revived her using White Zetsu life force, then reunited her with Shion, Kushina, and Tsunade.
• Qingyun refined Moryo and gave its Miko Origin to Shion, while Yahiko and Kimimaro helped Mei Terumi’s group kill Karatachi Yagura and drove Obito away.

Qingyun destroyed Kara, assembled Dusk’s envoys, and uncovered Black Zetsu’s plan to revive the Ten-Tails. As the great villages fell, Qingyun left for the moon while Minato stayed to defend Konoha, where Nagato and Madara began their assault.

• Qingyun killed Isshiki, destroyed Kara, and recruited Sanzu Amado to help upgrade the Flying Fortress.
• Qingyun trained his disciples, freed Neji from the Caged Bird Seal, helped Hinata awaken the Jōgan, and recruited Sakura and Suigetsu as Dusk’s final envoys.
• Black Zetsu revived Madara, who ordered Nagato to attack Kumogakure, himself to destroy Iwagakure, and Black Zetsu to destroy Sunagakure.
• Nagato’s forces destroyed Kumogakure, Madara destroyed Iwagakure, and Black Zetsu’s army captured Gaara as the three great villages fell.
• Black Zetsu revived the Ten-Tails, but Qingyun took Obito’s left eye and later revealed Black Zetsu’s deception to Madara, who agreed to continue the plan to release Kaguya.
• Qingyun sent his companions aboard the Flying Fortress toward the moon, while Minato refused to leave Konoha and organized the shinobi alliance.
• Nagato attacked the allied forces with Super Shinra Tensei, and Madara appeared in Susanoo to block Minato’s counterattack.
