Qingyun revived allies, prepared the shinobi world for an Ōtsutsuki invasion, and helped defeat the scouts sent to retrieve Kaguya’s God Tree Fruit. After Ōtsutsuki Ichiraku devastated Konoha, Qingyun strengthened his companions and set out toward the Ōtsutsuki Clan, learning of another world’s destruction along the way.

• Minato fought Madara while Hashirama rescued Hiruzen and the others from Nagato, but Nagato’s assault killed Naruto and Sasuke before Qingyun helped them return stronger.
• Naruto and Sasuke defeated Nagato, who used Rinne Rebirth to restore the dead, while Black Zetsu released Kaguya and Qingyun destroyed her and Black Zetsu before reviving Nagato and Madara.
• Minato united the villages to prepare for the Ōtsutsuki, and Qingyun cultivated on the moon before Momoshiki, Kinshiki, and Urashiki arrived.
• Hinata defeated Momoshiki and Neji defeated Kinshiki, while Qingyun dealt with Urashiki and led the Flying Fortress toward the Ōtsutsuki Clan.
• Ōtsutsuki Ichiraku attacked Konoha, but Naruto and Sasuke defeated him with Infinite Mahā after Naruto activated Baryon Mode, and Tobirama evacuated the villagers before the village was destroyed.
• Qingyun and his companions used the Pentagram Formation to reach new heights, then set out aboard the Flying Fortress toward the Ōtsutsuki Clan.
• Qingyun learned from a Yeyou clansman that the Ōtsutsuki First Elder had drained the Yeyou Great World and obtained an Interstellar Chart before returning to the Flying Fortress.
