In the games, Electro Ball's power depended on the difference in speed between the two sides. In the anime, it was one of Pikachu's signature tricks, powerful enough to blow just about anything apart.
Naturally, the Electro Ball that struck Sylveon now was no weak attack either. With Sticky Web restricting its movements, Sylveon had no way to escape.
"Zzzzt!" Galvantula let out a triumphant cry after landing the hit, then charged toward Sylveon again.
Light Screen had only stopped the Sticky Web thrown its way. Faced with another Electro Ball, Sylveon had nowhere to dodge and was blasted away once more.
"Vee!" Sylveon struggled painfully to its feet. Two consecutive Electro Balls had already inflicted serious injuries. If not for its naturally high special defense and the boost from Calm Mind, it probably would have gone down by now.
