Dongfang Minghui and her companions searched the spirit-plant field on No Return Mountain, where Little Sprout secretly entered by attaching itself to Mu Sheng. They captured a heaven-piercing stalk that could command the grasses, but it thwarted Dongfang Minghui’s attempts to collect plants and left her with a swollen, pig-like face before their six hours ran out.

• Dongfang Minghui discovered Little Sprout attached to Mu Sheng’s back, and the group continued gathering supporting medicinal plants while Little Sprout refused to move to her arm.
• Little Sprout dragged Mu Sheng and Dongfang Minghui into a patch of height-competing grass, where they encountered a heaven-piercing stalk and joined Pig Immortal Grass and Little Sprout in capturing it.
• Pig Immortal Grass explained that the heaven-piercing stalk was the grasses’ brain trust, and Dongfang Minghui stored it after persuading Little Sprout to return to her storage space.
• The heaven-piercing stalk thwarted Dongfang Minghui’s attempts to gather spirit plants, while pollen from a blue spirit flower made her face swell like a pig’s head.
• Dongfang Minghui had Man-Eating Grass bind the heaven-piercing stalk and put it in Little Light’s space, where Little Light enclosed it in Light-Type Energy Barriers as their time expired.
