Tetsuya sat cross-legged in front of his computer, his long fingers flying over the keyboard with a rapid clatter.
Just as he was getting into his writing, a call came in.
Ring, ring~!
"Who is it? I was just getting into this."
Tetsuya frowned and picked up the phone beside him. The caller ID read "The Shinobi World's Chief Scientist."
"Orochimaru? Why is that old rascal calling me instead of hiding in his basement doing research?"
Tetsuya looked puzzled, but he answered anyway.
"Hello, Orochimaru. What do you need?"
In Otogakure, Orochimaru watched Sasuke being pinned to the ground, shouting about liars.
"Boss Chiba, we've had a little mishap."
"A mishap? What kind of mishap?"
"It concerns Sasuke."
"Sasuke? That shouldn't have happened. Didn't I already plan everything out?"
"How should I put this, Boss Chiba? Your plan was quite good, but you overlooked one thing."
"What did I overlook?"
"Sasuke seems a little different from the other Uchiha. He's even more stubborn than they are."
"Huh?"
Tetsuya looked puzzled. Sasuke was indeed a little different from the average Uchiha, but there shouldn't have been any major problems with his plan.
Orochimaru sighed and said,
"Well, I gave Sasuke the Impure World Reincarnation technique earlier, but after studying it for a while, he went mad. He started shouting that I was a liar and tried to kill me.
"In the end, Kabuto and Kimimaro pinned him down.
