Coilfang Reservoir lay in the northwest of Zangarmarsh.
It was the largest body of water in Zangarmarsh. The region had once been a lake, but repeated shifts in the earth's crust had gradually transformed it into the marsh it was today.
When Rex reached Coilfang Reservoir, he sighed at the sight of its murky waters.
Coilfang Reservoir had changed drastically. The last time Rex had come, its water had already been polluted, but at least it had still looked like water. Now, what filled the reservoir could hardly be called water at all.
It gave off a foul, stomach-turning stench, and its color had turned dark green. Forget seeing the bottom-even Rex could not see through it. The water had become completely opaque.
"This is Coilfang Reservoir?" A trace of doubt crept into Thrall's voice as he stared at the reservoir before him.
"Yes, this is Coilfang Reservoir. When I first came here, the water wasn't clear, but at least you could still call it water." By now, that was all Rex could say. He no longer considered the dark green liquid in the reservoir water at all.
"The pollution is this bad?" Thrall reached out and gently scooped up a handful of the dark green liquid.
Rex did not stop him. With Thrall's strength, he could resist even venom for a short time. That would give Rex enough time to cast Holy Light on him, and with Thrall's cooperation, they could force the venom out. This polluted dark green liquid was far less dangerous than venom.
There would not be any serious problems. After all, the Horde and the Alliance had recently formed the Allied Forces and begun attacking the Naga in Coilfang Reservoir. If this had been venom, how could their troops possibly have entered the reservoir?
