The Underground Prison was completely sealed off. Taking it by force was practically impossible, unless the attackers first captured all of Lordaeron City and then dealt with the prison at their leisure. They would have to rely on overwhelming numbers to sever every connection between the Underground Prison and the surface, then hold out until all the food inside had been eaten and its occupants could no longer endure.

Without those conditions, even a Heroic Powerhouse could not take the Underground Prison. Only a squad of around ten Heroic Powerhouses would be able to capture it.
