After hearing this, Jieyin drew a deep breath. "A tenth of the Primordial World's fortune! How formidable will this Lin Tian become? Once he becomes a Saint, his power will be impossible to withstand!"
Zhunti pondered for a moment, then said, "It will not be that serious. Even with a tenth of the merit, Lin Tian will still fall short of Laozi and Yuanshi. Laozi holds a full three-tenths of the fortune of heaven and earth, and Yuanshi holds two-tenths. Tongtian has already lost his share, while Nuwa's has been diluted to one-tenth. Our Buddhism holds one-tenth, and after its great rise, it will hold two-tenths. Lin Tian is not that powerful."
Jieyin sighed. "Ah, junior brother, our fortune as Saints is as unstable as Tongtian's, but Lin Tian's share is permanent. Whatever happens, it is permanent! As the fortune of heaven and earth increases in the future, Lin Tian will rise with the tide, while the shares of all us Saints will be diluted!"
Zhunti snorted coldly. "The tree that towers above the forest is the first to be battered by the wind! With Lin Tian achieving so much, how could the others remain calm? Storms will gather across the Three Realms in the future; peace will be impossible. Tathagata, focus on completing the Journey to the West first!"
Tathagata hurriedly bowed. "This disciple obeys the Buddha Mother's command!"
Zhunti immediately turned to the others. "The Three Realms will surely be plagued by endless disputes in the future. All of you must cross the river in the same boat. Though our Buddhism is struggling now, these difficulties are only temporary. Do not lose your footing!"
"We disciples will follow the Buddha Mother's arrangements!"
