Uchiha Fugaku's Mangekyō

Although Qiu Shan Uchiha had enslaved Uchiha Fugaku with his Dōjutsu, he still treated him with respect.

"Clan leader, what other contingencies do you have? Could you tell me?"

At Qiu Shan Uchiha's question, Uchiha Fugaku nodded and explained:

"Qiu Shan, do you know about the forbidden technique exclusive to our Uchiha Clan?"

Qiu Shan Uchiha ventured a guess. "Susanoo?"

Although Uchiha Fugaku was surprised that Qiu Shan Uchiha knew about Susanoo, he still shook his head.

"Susanoo is the divine power exclusive to the Mangekyō Sharingan, but it isn't a forbidden technique. Our Uchiha Clan's forbidden technique is Izanagi. It can change fate and undo anything unfavorable to me. Even if I die, as long as I set Izanagi in my Sharingan beforehand, it will activate at the time I specified, and I can come back to life."

"When you activated your Dōjutsu, I sensed something was wrong. As a precaution, before you took control of me, I set Izanagi in my Sharingan to revive me after a while and eliminate every factor unfavorable to me."

"I never expected your Dōjutsu to make me willingly obey your orders and forbid me from doing anything detrimental to you. Since the Izanagi I had already set would work against you, I had no choice but to cancel it."

After hearing Uchiha Fugaku's explanation, Qiu Shan Uchiha shuddered with lingering fear. He realized he had come within a hair's breadth of failure and being forced to flee the village. Anyone capable of becoming the Uchiha Clan's leader was clearly no pushover. If he had been careless while using Kotoamatsukami and left a loophole, Uchiha Fugaku might have turned the tables.

Izanagi was a forbidden technique of the Uchiha Clan because, however reality-defying its effects might be, the price of using it was permanent blindness in one of the user's Sharingan. That was why the Uchiha Clan had classified it as forbidden.

"Clan leader, I saw you activate your Mangekyō Sharingan earlier. What Dōjutsu does it have?" What Qiu Shan Uchiha truly cared about most was evolving his own Sharingan. With the system's help, he could copy other people's Mangekyō Dōjutsu and make them his own.

It sounds like an enhanced version of Uchiha Itachi's Dōjutsu, Tsukuyomi. But unlike Tsukuyomi, it apparently doesn't let him control space and time within the Tsukuyomi Space. Still, its duration is longer.

Qiu Shan Uchiha rubbed his chin as he listened to Uchiha Fugaku's explanation.

"My right eye's Mangekyō Dōjutsu is Izanagi."

At Uchiha Fugaku's words, Qiu Shan Uchiha nearly jumped to his feet. How was that possible? It was simply unbelievable.

Uchiha Fugaku paid no attention to Qiu Shan's reaction.

"I've already explained what Izanagi does. However, as my Mangekyō Dōjutsu, its drawback is no longer blindness. Instead, I can only use it once a month. Seeing Uchiha Fugaku's Mangekyō Sharingan, Qiu Shan Uchiha suppressed his excitement at gaining more Dōjutsu and activated his own Three-Tomoe Sharingan.

Since he was about to copy Uchiha Fugaku's Mangekyō Dōjutsu, he couldn't activate Shisui Uchiha's Mangekyō Sharingan. Shisui's Sharingan had the Dōjutsu Kotoamatsukami. To copy Uchiha Fugaku's Dōjutsu, he had to start with the Three Tomoe form.

Qiu Shan Uchiha met Uchiha Fugaku's Mangekyō with his own Three-Tomoe Sharingan. The three tomoe in Qiu Shan's eyes spun faster and faster. Soon, his Three-Tomoe Sharingan gradually transformed into a pattern identical to Uchiha Fugaku's Mangekyō, and Qiu Shan Uchiha copied Fugaku's ocular techniques, Illusion-Instant Space-Time and Izanagi.

At the same time, he effectively copied the potential, foundations, and traits of Uchiha Fugaku's Sharingan, merging them with those of Shisui Uchiha's Sharingan.

Qiu Shan Uchiha's system did more than copy Mangekyō ocular techniques. If it copied only the techniques, using them would merely cause his eyes to deteriorate faster. Only by copying the Sharingan's potential, foundations, and traits along with its ocular techniques could Qiu Shan Uchiha's Sharingan have a chance to upgrade and gain greater room for growth.

The Uchiha's Sharingan were divided by their traits into genjutsu eyes and copy eyes. Shisui Uchiha was a prime example of the genjutsu eye. After Qiu Shan Uchiha copied Shisui's Mangekyō Dōjutsu, he had actually copied his eyes' traits as well, greatly strengthening his own genjutsu abilities.

The prime examples of the copy eye were Qiu Shan Uchiha and Obito Uchiha. Qiu Shan Uchiha needed no explanation, while Kakashi Hatake later earned the title "Kakashi the Copy Ninja" through the Sharingan Obito Uchiha had given him.

Thus, the more Sharingan Qiu Shan Uchiha copied in the future, the more potential, traits, and foundations his own Sharingan would acquire. The system could use these as nourishment for his Sharingan's upgrades and evolution. Without transplanting anyone else's Mangekyō Sharingan or needing hashirama cells, it could help him continually upgrade his Sharingan into the Mangekyō Sharingan, eternal Mangekyō Sharingan, Rinnegan, and even the tomoe Rinnegan.
